Influence on Each Other
A man and woman who decide to enter into marriage create a union of opposite views, opinions and characters, different hearts. And in this union they become, according to the Creator's design, one whole person or as it is written: "one flesh."
In the family, a man and woman have the greatest influence on each other, which forms in them the mindset of a married person. Such a person cares not only for himself, but also for the one who belongs to him.
Such influence can be different depending on the spirit by which the spouses are led. The Lord placed man in society so that in this communication people, influencing each other, would form certain relationships and a culture of behavior. The family is conceived as the most influential cell of society, to which the soul of its members is attached forever.
We won't talk about failed families with rough relationships. This and similar behavior was not part of God's plan, but is a consequence of sin and human selfishness. The influence in such a union is destructive, both for the psyche and for health.
In a union of love and harmony there are much more prospects and opportunities that constantly gladden the hearts of both spouses and teach them to seek and find in each other many useful qualities that bring benefit to both of them.
Influence toward good gives the Holy Spirit the opportunity to convey to the mind and heart the most important revelations about God's mercy and love, about acceptance and forgiveness, to endow consciousness with faith and hope.
Without suspecting it themselves, loving husband and wife form characters in each other that suit them both and make them suitable for Eternity.
Love thinks no evil and feels very well this foreign spirit in family relationships, and immediately does everything possible to neutralize the influence of another spirit and offer a better form of behavior. With mutual agreement, such abominations are very quickly identified and destroyed by the decision to live friendly and peacefully.
The world is full of all kinds of traps and stresses into which people sometimes fall, but they have a home oasis where they can find peace and recover. The family is not a testing ground for new types of weapons, but a resort place with a gas station, where each member is under special God's protection from the influence of evil forces.
If a husband knows that he has a home where he is unconditionally loved, awaited, valued and respected, then this gives him courage and strength in overcoming various difficulties and obstacles. The awareness that he will soon find himself where he will feel good helps a man to endure and be a winner in any vicissitudes. And this place of comfort and joy appeared in his life not by chance. He himself built it and invested all his strength, means and soul into it.
The influence of a loving wife on her husband's heart and a loving husband on his spouse's heart is very great. It binds their hearts with such strong chains of love that no distances will ever be able to separate them. Being faithful in such a union is not difficult. Why spoil what is so beautiful?
The influence of love and good in the family is a natural atmosphere in which God Himself is present, and He invisibly forms visible friendly relationships. If two agree to love each other no matter what, and will apply all their efforts, will and subordinate all their desires to this, then they will certainly achieve what they agreed upon. And where love is, there is God.
It's difficult to build something when a destroyer follows you, but when two specialists get down to business, then the Lord blesses their work many times over, because He is Love.
Any relationship begins with adjustment and getting used to new living conditions. People must get to know each other, feel the general atmosphere, make their contribution to the relationship, and then, understanding who they are dealing with, agree on an indefinite prospect of building a happy union.
Only those who are happy by themselves, who have this source within themselves, can build common happiness. Such a person is capable of inspiring others, understanding and accepting other happy people. If someone thinks that for happiness he needs a happy person, then perhaps he will not become truly happy. For complete happiness, the Lord is necessary and life in harmony and obedience to the laws of happiness.
The influence of a cheerful woman on her husband sets the tone for their communication and pastime. By inspiring her spouse to positivity, the wife will receive much more from him than she can imagine. And if she offers him her bad mood, this will also affect the general atmosphere, and it will be difficult for her to understand why her husband doesn't guess about her expectations of love and sympathy.
Hidden expectations regarding the husband will always be hidden from him. He is not a telepath to guess and fulfill them. And thoughts that "if he loves, then he should guess, because I guess about his needs" will not find embodiment in life. The wife needs to voice her desires aloud, then one can count on their fulfillment.
Desires can be expressed directly, for example, "please hug me," or indirectly: "How good it would be for me if you hugged me." In the second case, there is always a factor of free will and decision-making. Of course, it's worth considering the situation and the husband's ability to respond. If he is driving at the time or carrying heavy bags, then you are unlikely to immediately get what you want.
The stability of masculine character also influences the wife. Having studied her spouse's characteristics, she knows what he is capable of and what can be expected from him, and within these frameworks can count on his participation in her plans.
Family relationships are formed according to the scenario of two sides, and at some point that family model is created which may not have significant changes for years, unless something unusual happens, for example, pregnancy, change of residence or work, or illness of one of the spouses.
Influence toward good is sowing that will bring corresponding fruit in relationships as well. If I, having various feelings, consciously choose good for family relationships, then this seed will take root and produce what it consists of. Good people value good and multiply it, giving much more in return.
If you were unlucky and your other half has an evil spirit, but could have been different, then don't give up and always remember that you influence your spouse, and what this influence will be, you decide. God will always be on the side of His children, never ceasing to protect them and influence through them.
Love is the most powerful force for good. It knows how to create beauty where nothing existed and was not foreseen. It is intuitively needed by every person because it is an embedded need of the soul. Just as man was not created for cold living conditions, so he was not created for cold relationships in the family. The family is that place where two should be warm and cozy in each other's company, where God can be invited and one can be oneself without fear of being judged or rejected. The influence of such a family extends beyond its boundaries, to all relatives and loved ones, to brothers and work colleagues, and the seed of good is sown further, and good fruit ripens for a good harvest.
