What Kind of Oil Do You Have?

Wherever God's work begins, where revival and awakening occur, the evil one also comes to make his amendments to what is happening and bring temptations. He cannot prevent God from fulfilling what the Lord has planned, but the enemy of the soul tries to distract our attention to secondary things or offer us another path that looks like the true one.

For 6,000 years, Satan has learned to skillfully deceive all living on Earth. He has in his arsenal all kinds of temptations and counterfeits suitable for any character and interest. The enemy of the soul carefully studies each of us, knows all our weaknesses and inclinations, our tastes and hobbies.

Knowing Satan's cunning and the power of his seductions, Jesus often warned His disciples not to be tempted. And when Christ was asked about the last events and the destruction of Jerusalem, He began by expressing His concern: "Take heed that no one deceives you" Matthew 24:4. Jesus began to list some events that would happen in the future and at the end of time, constantly saying that temptations would also be very great and strong. The enemy of the soul will deceive all the living and will even spread his charms to the elect and, if possible, deceive them too. Matthew 24:24.

The most terrible thing that God's children will experience is that "because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold" Matthew 24:12.

When everything is burning in my life, things are going, work is boiling, but the heart has grown cold, then there is a mixture of hot and cold, and something warm is obtained. And I take this warm liquid and call it oil for the lamp, and even try to teach others that everything is fine with me, showing off the hot side of my life. And if someone tries to see the full picture of my path, then I close my heart, not letting anyone in, explaining that it's private territory, and I simply don't have time for all of you. But it is you who will be able to very quickly identify this problem of mine and correct it.

If I limit myself to communicating with spiritual and seeking people and fill my life with bad communities, my morals will quickly become corrupted. And the internet will become my spiritual mentor, which will offer me the most exquisite dishes for my carnal man.

Oil for the lamp is what I fill my mind with, and then I go out into the world with this and share the light of my reserves. From a conversation on a free topic, one can very quickly identify what a person has filled their lamp with. Our character very successfully conveys everything that I feed my soul with.

And during the day, when the Sun is shining, it's very difficult to figure out what kind of fire is shining in my heart. In bright rays, it can be difficult to notice the dim flicker of my fire. And if my lamp is smoking or has gone out completely, others may not notice this either, because everyone is busy with themselves and thinks that I will deal with my problems on my own. But at best, there will be people who will offer a prayer for me, and I will again be left alone with myself. And there are so many of us "self-sufficients", and looking at this great multitude of deceived people and comparing myself with other believers, I calm down, understanding that the Lord will not allow us all to perish in this state. He will definitely offer a way out. And I'm partially right. And I hear the Lord's advice to come to Him and buy something very valuable from Him. But I'm so used to not paying attention to such calls, so I think that the Lord will offer me something special, and it will be supernatural. Then I will immediately turn and change. That's why I simply don't react to calm calls and ignore them. I know for sure that the Lord will not allow me to perish in ignorance, and will perform a miracle for me, because He loves me. I'm waiting for a miracle, and so as not to go out completely, I look for good deeds for myself, through which I can get approval from those of my faith and even rebuke those who are constantly studying something and trying to understand something in prophecies.

I get used to training my mind thanks to the fact that there are people who have researched all important issues, created their channels and blogs, and share their most important discoveries with me, and I give them likes and write comments for this. And sometimes I even dare to support with my finances people who especially appealed to my heart. And the light of their lamps supports me, pointing me to the true path. And we are moving somewhere together.

And what is Jesus busy with all this time? I think that someone will definitely tell me about this too, and I even know those who only talk about Him. And it's always so interesting to listen to this!

I heard that love is also part of the oil, and there are even people who devote a lot of time in their lives to making sure that they have this agape? I don't quite understand why it's necessary to study this so carefully, because you can find those who have achieved this, and quickly learn the ready results.

And I also heard that the Lord commanded to light lamps from His fire, which He Himself sent to the altar, and that we should not bring strange fire into the Sanctuary. I think this doesn't concern our time, because we have an abundance of matches and lighters. And there's no need to shine on every corner to everyone in a row, because this only causes problems and complaints. But one should show one's belonging to God's people and one's love, and for this there are special T-shirts with pink hearts and badges with symbols of our faith. I'll buy them.

Now, in our time, there are many combustible oils and materials that can perfectly fuel one's lamp. Although it is written that it should be a special oil, I believe that the main thing is not the details, but the result. If the Lord needs fire, we'll do it. No problem.

I observe foolish brethren. They fill their vessels with strange things, are in constant motion and search for better revelations, trying to independently study new truths about Laodicean goods. There are so few of them, and they are so unhappy, poor, naked, blind, that I don't even want to spend my time on friendship with them. They only have love, friendship and happiness on their minds, as if there is no other world and no politics around them. They are so sick in the head, but at the same time they are still trying to teach us a healthy lifestyle. Why don't they want to live normally, but are always looking for problems for themselves, trying to love everyone? Where will such love lead? They will simply be sucked dry and spat out. One needs to love for something and set clear boundaries so that everyone knows their place and their territory of habitation. If I could, I would teach many how to survive in different communities while maintaining good morals.

What kind of oil, friends, are you gathering into your vessels? Now is the time of harvest, the time of gathering the harvest and the time of light and abundance of everything. We are offered a variety of different oils, and they can all burn. What will I choose? How do I not get confused? And is it so important what my vessel will be filled with? As long as it burns! Is it so important to have gold of Heavenly origin, because there are so many more accessible metals in the world that are no different from the true one?

I think it's worth understanding what is from God and what is from the world, and learning to clearly separate them.
